Cancellations for refund will not be accepted for Bustang service. Bustang’s “justride bustang” mobile app tickets will be valid for up to 6 months from purchase date and can be used on any Bustang trip of the same cost within that 6-month period. Once a ticket has been used the designated number of times (whether 1, 10, 20 or 40) the ticket is no longer valid, regardless of the expiration date. Ticket reservations for Bustang’s special services (RamsRoute, Estes Park, Bustang to Broncos, Snowstang) are available on those individual service pages. Those tickets are only valid on the reserved service date and cannot be cancelled. Reserved tickets can be changed to a new date by calling or emailing customer service prior to your trip date.
