For all lost item inquiries, please contact our customer service team at 1.800.900.3011. Please provide as much detail as possible so we may identify and return your item. Lost items are kept for up to 30 days. We do not send items out with our operators to return, so all items must be claimed at our base in Golden, Colorado. A valid photo-ID will be required for all item pick up. If you are unable to come to our Golden office, you may send us a self-addressed and postage paid package and we will send the item back to you.
