While food and beverages are allowed onboard Pegasus vans, no alcohol or any food or beverage containing drugs (i.e. ‘spiked’ beverages, edible THC products, etc.) are allowed onboard and may not be consumed while riding Pegasus.

Smoking and vaping of any kind are not allowed on Pegasus. Any passengers openly carrying any drug paraphernalia will not be permitted to board or will be asked to exit the van.

With the exception of on-duty law enforcement officers, weapons are not allowed on Pegasus vehicles.
