Request Ticket Extensions due to Service Suspension
We understand that many passengers have tickets they have been unable to use during our service suspension due to the COVID-19 stay-at-home orders. We will be extending tickets an additional 30 days, if a request is received, to account for the service suspension through April 26. Service is still suspended as of Monday 4/27, so we will further extend the ticket validity the appropriate # of days once we have a new start date. PLEASE NOTE: Ticket extensions will not be issued until we have announced an official service resumption date. This will help us avoid a duplication of efforts. Thank you for your patience!
